William Collard

William D. Collard, 68, long time resident of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly March 23, 2023. Born on November 29, 1954, he is the son of Dean Collard and the late Joanne (Van Derven) Collard.  Bill graduated from East High School Class of ’72.  He worked for Procter and Gamble, Independent Printing, Boys and Girls Club, Bullseye Body Shop, and was groundskeeper at Ft Howard Memorial Park.  Bill spent two years in the National Guard.  He loved outdoor sports especially hunting and fishing, motorcycles, and being an eagle scout. 

He is survived by his father, Dean; siblings, Alan (Debbie) Collard of Mishicot, Mike (Lynn) Collard of Green Bay, and Patrick Collard of Bellevue; many nieces and nephews. 

Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Joanne; grandparents, Herman and Sylvia Van Derven and John and Agnes Collard.

Visitation at Malcore Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St. Friday March 31, 2023, from 4 PM until 8 PM.  Parish Wake Service at 7 PM.  Visitation will continue at the funeral home Saturday from 9 AM until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Entombment at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.
