Wendy A. (Lardo) Bradley, age 60 of Maribel, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at home surrounded by her family. Born on June 11, 1960, she was a daughter of the late, Melvin and Shirley (Basinski) Lardo in Green Bay. Wendy attended and graduated from Denmark High School. She worked several different jobs through the years, but found the most enjoyment in creating and selling arts and crafts with her family.
Wendy enjoyed going to craft fairs all over Wisconsin, but her favorites were in Wisconsin Dells and Door County. Crafting was not only important to Wendy for the enjoyment, but also for the family time that was spent together through the years. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Left to cherish Wendy’s memory are her children, Jennifer Lardo and Ricky (Amber Snedeker) Lardo; grandchildren, Mellini and Ricky “Brew” Lardo; sisters, Mary Lardo and Tina (Steve) Prue; nieces and nephew, Amanda Prue, Ashley (Dale) VanDenbush who is also Wendy’s Goddaughter, Aaron Prue and Ann Marie Prue; and special cousins, Karen (Jack) Reince and Mike DeGrand. Her parents and an infant sister, Jane Lardo, preceded her in death.
A funeral service will be held for Wendy at 3:00 PM on Monday, January 11, 2021, at Malcore Funeral Homes (East). Deacon Bob Hornacek will be the officiant. Visitation will take place at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Wendy will be laid to rest in the Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
Due to COVID-19 the family ask that social distancing be observed and for everyone to please wear a facemask.
The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff of Unity Hospice, especially to nurse Kathy and to social worker Sue, for all the care and compassion that was given to Wendy.
