Thomas Patrick

Thomas Richard Patrick passed away on June 21, 2025. Tom was born on June 21, 1960 to Raymond Patrick and Bonita Marie Patrick (Washburn). He is survived by two sons, Christopher Thomas Patrick and Shawn Wilson (Patrick) and several family members and friends. The family extends their thoughts to those who knew and loved Tom. A special thanks to Corporate Guardian and the other providers for their care of Tom for the past 10 years.

Final arrangements are being handled by Malcore Funeral Home and Crematory, and any who wish to honor their memory are encouraged to do so in their own way.
