Russell C. Vincent, 88, peacefully entered Eternal Life on March 27, 2018. Born on September 3, 1929, in Champion, WI, the son of the late Clement and Catherine (Romuald) Vincent. Russell graduated from Central Catholic in 1948. On November 27, 1948, he married Verna Renier at St. Joseph Church – Champion, and she preceded him in death on December 11, 2015. Russell retired from a successful career at Konop Vending in 1985, and in retirement loved living at Half Moon Lake and serving St. Mary Parish in Crivitz.
Russell is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Dennis (Carol) Vincent; one son-in-law, Norman Radmer; three grandchildren, David (Heather) Vincent, Douglas (Cathy) Vincent, and Katie (Eric) Stanczak; seven great-grandchildren, Nathan and Ellie Vincent, Katie (Will) Ohman, James and Grace Vincent, Landen and Lance Stanczak; three great-great grandchildren, Isaac, Autumn, and Ivy Ohman.
Preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Sandra Vincent Radmer; son and daughter-in-law, Dcn. Michael and Doris Vincent; one sister and brother-in-law, Bernice (Lloyd) Williams.
Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St., Tuesday from 5 – 7 p.m. Visitation will continue Wednesday at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until the procession to church. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at SS. Peter and Paul Church, 710 N. Baird St., with the Most Reverend Bishop David Ricken officiating. Burial at St. Joseph Cemetery – Champion.
