Robert Rusch

Robert “Bob” Rusch, 87, Green Bay, father, grandfather, and dear friend passed away peacefully December 17, 2017. Born on October 24, 1930, in Oconto Falls, he is the son of the late William and Ella Rusch. Robert married the former Dorothy Moureau on August 18, 1962, and she preceded him in death on March 22, 2017. He worked at Schreiber Foods for over forty years retiring in 1992. Robert enjoyed gardening, fishing and small game hunting.

He is survived two children, Lisa (Kendall) Shimanek, and William (Jenny) Rusch both of Green Bay; three grandchildren, Cody Short, Robbie Rusch, and Alexa Shimanek; three step grandchildren, Pauly, Dan, and Frank; two sisters-in-law, Bernie Moureau and Ann Minor; six nieces and six nephews, Judy, Cindy, Bonnie, Janice, Suzanne, Carol, Tim, Gary, Ron, Jim, Roger, and Richard; good friend, Archie.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; his parents and aunts and uncles.

Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St. Thursday, December 21, from 10 AM until the time of the funeral at 11 AM. Entombment at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.
