Norbert E. Charles, 68, Green Bay, passed away early Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at a local nursing home. Born Nov. 2, 1948, in Green Bay, he is the son of the late Clifford and Eleanor (Krajewski) Charles. Norbert married the former Lavonne Demeyer. He held numerous jobs which including working at Packerland Packing, laying asphalt and loved to work on cars on the side. Norbert loved listening to music and going out to eat at Red Lobster with his sister, Sharon. He also enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, NASCAR, building model cars, and greatly enjoyed cooking.
Norbert is survived by one son, Ricky Charles, Gassville, AR; brothers and sisters, Cliff (Joanne) Charles, Howard, Kenneth Charles, Bonduel, Sharon (Dan) Schwartz, Little Suamico, Diane Lardinois, Little Suamico, and Patti Whiting, Leona; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Francis “Frankie” Charles; and one sister, Pamela Charles.
