Mitch Jossart

Mitch Jossart, 66, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023, unexpectedly from several health issues. He was born in 1957 in El Paso, Texas, to Robert and Joan (Carstensen) Jossart. Mitch grew up in the Green Bay - De Pere area and graduated from the University of Minnesota. He was employed at Schneider National in logistics. Mitch was an avid reader and fond of theatre. He was in several SNC Music Theatre productions, most notably Oklahoma! and Evita.

Mitch is survived by his mother, Joan; three brothers, Steve (Mary Beth), Scott (Roxanne), Chris (Kim); eight nieces and nephews, Patrick, Jenna (Jeremy), Maureen, Trevor (Emily), Scotty, Brian, Jorey and Carly. He is also survived by his special friend, Bill Gellin. 

Mitch is preceded in death by his father, Robert, along with his grandparents, his aunts, his uncles and two cousins.

Mitch will be laid to rest at Nicolet Memorial Gardens, Green Bay. Per his request, there will be no funeral.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund has been establishedfor the benefit of the Wisconsin Humane Society of Green Bay.
