Lois E. Hintz

Lois E. Hintz, 85, Ashwaubenon, formerly of Allouez, died at a local nursing home early Saturday morning, December 4, 2021. Born May 13, 1936, in the town of Springville, WI, she is the daughter of the late Martin and Elsie (Cook) Heitman. Lois graduated from Adams-Friendship High School, Class of 1954. She married Paul H. Hintz on October 9, 1954 and he preceded her in death on September 26, 2004. Lois had worked as a bookkeeper for a number of years but her best and favorite calling was that of a wife, mom and grandma. She loved to play golf was a member at Shorewood golf course for many years. Lois also learned to play Mahjong and thoroughly enjoyed playing the game with friends. Lois is survived by her daughter, Stephanie (John) Lovas, Oxford, WI; son, Barry (Laura) Hintz, New Berlin, WI; granddaughters, Ana and Sydney Lovas; grandsons, Kellen and Owen Hintz; Siblings, Jim (Carolyn) Heitman, Dorothy (Harold) Ashworth and Robert Heitman; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
