Jerome F. Gable

Jerome “Jerry” F. Gable, 75, Green Bay, died unexpectedly on October 4, 2017. Born on February 2, 1942, in Green Bay, he is the son of the late Frank and Constance (Seims) Gable. Jerry is a graduate of Green Bay West High School. In September 1976, he married the former Darlene (DeGroot) Gable, and she preceded him in death on December 25, 2013. Jerry served in the United States Army. He worked for the City of Green Bay for most of his career, and in retirement he owned D&J Warehousing and Vacuum Cleaner Service Center. Throughout his life Jerry enjoyed working on cars, attending car shows, riding motorcycles, and fixing snowblowers and lawnmowers.

Jerry is survived by one daughter, Connie Gable, Green Bay; two step-children, Tim and Aila DeKeyser, both of Green Bay; one granddaughter, Kiley Stanelle; and two step-grandchildren, Jayde and Jeran DeKeyser.

He was preceded in death by his wife and parents.

Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St., Thursday from 4 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorial service 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Bob Nooker officiating. Burial at Riverside Cemetery in Peshtigo.
