Ho Un Gillett, 61, Green Bay, found peace, Nov. 25, 2017, at a Green Bay hospital with her family at her side. She was born in Pusan, South Korea on Dec. 20, 1955. Ho married Ronald Gillett, Aug. 3, 1978, in Seoul, South Korea. At the time of their marriage, Ron was serving in the US Air Force and the young family traveled the world. Ho was an extremely active member at Zion United Methodist Church, Appleton, where she served as a deaconess, choir member, and praise leader. She will be remembered as an incredible cook, keeping the home beautifully decorated, had an angelic voice, but most of all, she was a devoted wife and an amazing mother.
Ho is survived by her husband of 39 years, Ron; three children, Kenneth, New York City, Donald (Kira), Madison, and Keven, Green Bay; mother-in-law, Louise Gillett, Kennan, WI; and her extended family at Zion United Methodist Church.
Visitation at Malcore (West) Funeral Home, 1530 W. Mason St., Saturday, Dec. 2, from 9-11am. The funeral service will be held at 11am at the funeral home with Pastor Chan Gok Kim officiating.
