Daniel E. McCarey
March 23, 1951 — January 19, 2021
Daniel E. McCarey, 69, died unexpectedly January 19, 2021, at a local health care facility. He is the son of the late Thomas and Arvilla (Perrigoue) McCarey, Sr.
Dan graduated from Premontre High School in 1969. He was an avid musician and a talented guitar player. In his earlier years, he traveled to California and had the opportunity to play with some prestigious bands. He loved many types of music and had a natural talent.
Dan was preceded in death by his parents, Tom, Ollie and an infant sister, Mary.
He is survived by three older brothers, Mike (Cindi) McCarey, Tom (Audrey) McCarey, Jr. and Pat (Marilyn) McCarey; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Malcore (East) Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements with no formal services. There will be a private family burial in Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
