Reuben R. Phillips

Reuben R. Phillips, Sr., 62, Sobieski, went home to our Lord on Tuesday evening, January 6, 2015. Born on November 3, 1952, in Green Bay, he is the son of the late Kenneth and Shirley (Benoit) Phillips. Reuben was employed at Smitty’s Salvage and Supply as a truck driver for 28 years.

Reuben is survived by his five children, Kenneth, Reuben, Jr., Jessica, Jason, and Rebecca; three granddaughters, Alexis, Alura, and Evelyn; five brothers, Kenny, Ralph, Joe (Bonnie), Paul, Patrick (Jessica), and John; four sisters, Debbie, Rose (Jerry), Wendi (Charlie), and Patricia; one sister-in-law, Patricia; two aunts, Dorothy and Georgia Benoit; many nieces and nephews; and his loving companion of 25 years, Gloria.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Eugene.

Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St., Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Funeral service 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home.
