Randall George Cowman

August 18, 1941 — January 11, 2021

Randall George Cowman, 79, Mishicot, formerly of Green Bay, passed away peacefully Monday morning, January 11, 2021 at a Manitowoc hospital. Born August 18, 1941 in Manistique, MI, he is the son of the late Clarence and Esther (Willman) Cowman. Randy is a graduate of Green Bay West High School and later graduated from UW-Milwaukee. He held various jobs throughout the years. Randy excelled in expressing his love for planting and growing various vegetation and flowers, including working for Schroeder’s Floral and keeping the grounds at the Oneida Golf and Riding Club. He enjoyed a good cup of coffee and spending times visiting with others at Kwik Trip and McDonalds. Randy also enjoyed putting his varied thoughts into the written word, reading, listening to music and spending time with his sister, Mary. He will be remembered as a kind and thoughtful man who enjoyed the simple things that life has to offer.

Randy is survived by his sister, Mary Cowman (Jerry), Green Bay; numerous nieces and nephews and their families; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Leila “Margaret” MacDonald; brothers, David, Gerald (and his wife, Sharon), and Michael Cowman; two nieces, two nephews; one great-niece; aunts, uncles and several cousins.

Due to the current pandemic, no public services will be held. Randy will be laid to rest in Nicolet Memorial Gardens. Malcore (East) Funeral Home is serving the family.

Randy’s family extends a special thank you to the caring staff of Holy Family Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
