Paul S. Wiese

Paul S. Wiese, formerly of Oshkosh, passed away Saturday afternoon, May 14, 2016. Born May 28, 1943, in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, he is the son of the late Louis and Natalie (Holterman) Wiese. After attending Lourdes High School in Oshkosh, Paul served in the Wisconsin National Guard.  While in his early twenties, he enjoyed singing in the choir and barber shop groups.  Paul liked to travel and also loved his work as a salesman, earning several awards over the years.  He was also an avid golfer.

Paul is survived by his brothers, Peter (Joni) Wiese, Two Rivers, Michael (Sheri) Wiese, Oshkosh, and Christopher (Vicki) Wiese, Phelps; one sister, Alyce LaFrancois, Oshkosh; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents Louis and Natalie Wiese.
Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird Street, Friday, May 20, 2016, from 10 am until the time of the funeral. Memorial service, 10:30 am Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Linda Hogenson officiating with military honors to follow.

A very special thank you to the caring staffs of Angels on Humboldt Road and Asera Care Hospice; also to his dear “family” at Manna for Life Ministries and Mannafest Church.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Paul’s memory.
