Marjorie (Wanish) Tease

Marjorie (Wanish) Tease, 86, Green Bay, passed away Monday, April 22, 2013, at a local hospital. Born in Green Bay on November 18, 1926, she is the daughter of the late Charles and Tena (Jensen) Wanish. She married Cletus Tease on November 8, 1947, in Green Bay and he preceded her in death on June 21, 1982. Marjorie enjoyed many summers at Green Lake in Mountain. She enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Marjorie was known by many as “Aunt Margie” or “Grandma Margie”. She received her CNA in 1984 and worked for many years for Bellin Home Health until she was 80 years old. Marjorie also enjoyed going to Bingo. She has touched many lives and will be sadly missed by many.

Marjorie is survived by her two children, Tim (Julie) Tease, and Sue (Brian) Fleury; seven grandchildren, Matthew, Sara and special friend Jon, Holly, Stephanie (Marc), Nicole, Tena and fiancée Chris, and Haley; five great grandchildren, Nicholas, Emmalie, Nahla, Elijah, and Easten; three sisters-in-law, Delores Wanish, Carol Denis, and Janet Brunner; one brother-in-law, Jerry (Betty) Tease ; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Cletus; one sister, Katherine Tease; two brothers, Charles Wanish and Delano Wanish; eight brothers and sisters-in-law.

Visitation at MALCORE (East) Funeral Home University Ave at Baird St. Friday from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Parish wake service at 7 PM Friday at the funeral home. Visitation will continue Saturday at the funeral home from 9:00 AM until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Burial at Allouez Catholic Cemetery.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Bornemann Nursing Home especially Katie, Maria, and Carrie. Also a special thank you to the staff of St. Vincent Hospital.
