Kevin Mroczynski, 52, Green Bay, died Monday, June 4, 2013, after a brief illness. Born in Green Bay, July 24, 1960, he is the son of the late Otto and Evelyn (Piontek) Mroczynski, Sr. Kevin served proudly in the United States Army. He married the former Diane Duval, in Green Bay in 1988. Kevin served as an usher and volunteer at St. Patrick’s Church in Green Bay. He enjoyed fishing, bingo, and the Green Bay Packers.
He is survived by his wife, Diane of Green Bay; daughter, Kevena (fiancee, Shawn Bitsura) M. Mroczynski of Florida; step son, Dereck Hamilton of Green Bay; step daughter, Pam Duval of Green Bay; grandchildren, Brody, Ricki Lynn, Timothy, Bailey, and Dustin; siblings, Keith (Brenda) Mroczynski of Greenleaf, Denise (Bob) Selissen of Green Bay, Otto (Cindy) Mroczynski of Chilton, Ann (Larry) Beyer of De Pere, Darwin “Skip” (Ruth) Mroczynski of MO, Lynn (David) VandenBush of Green Bay, and Blair (significant other, Crystal) Mroczynski of De Pere; goddaughter, Dallas Denise Selissen of Green Bay; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Judy (Milt) Cross, and Gary (Tes) Duval all of Green Bay; many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, and friends.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents; stepson, Jamie Hamilton; and godson, Matthew Laundrie.
Visitation at Malcore (WEST) Funeral Home, 1530 W. Mason Street, Thursday (6/6) from 3:00 P.M. until the time of the funeral at 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home with the Rev. Donald E. Everts officiating.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Diane, his dog Sasha, and his cat, KiKi.
