Joyce A. Hoeft

Joyce A. Hoeft, 77, Green Bay, passed away late Tuesday evening, May 17, 2022, at a local care facility. Born January 10, 1945, in Wrightstown, she is the daughter of the late Ralph and Evelyn (Kempen) Van Lanen. Joyce was retired after many years of faithful. employment with various jobs. She was a long-time member of First United Methodist Church in Green Bay. Joyce will be remembered her enjoyment of playing cards and BINGO, accumulating numerous owl collectables and cheering on the Packers.

Joyce is survived by four sisters, Linda (David) Jaloszynski, Crivitz, Beverly (Mark) Hendricks, New Franken, Diane (Keith) Reinemann, Minocqua, and Judy (Steve) Fifrick, Abrams; one brother, Paul (Lisa) Van Lanen, Green Bay; sister-in-law, Linda Van Lanen, Green Bay; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Gary Van Lanen; sister, Mary Jo Van Lanen; brother-in-law, Gary Gierach; and niece, Bridget Hagerty.


Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird Street, Tues, May 24, 2022, from 5pm until the time of the service. Memorial service 7pm, at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Wrightstown.
