Dorothy Bobrowicz

Dorothy A. Bobrowicz, 93, Green Bay, died peacefully at a local nursing home on December 24, 2014. Born on August 19, 1921, in Minneapolis, she is the daughter of the late Frederick and Malvina (Edin) Douglas. On September 9, 1942, she married Edmund Bobrowicz in Milwaukee, and he preceded her in death on March 13, 2003. Dorothy enjoyed oil painting, gardening, spending time outdoors, and volunteering when she was raising her children.

Dorothy is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Spring (Jeff) Truckey, Little Suamico; and one daughter-in-law, Geri Bobrowicz, Allouez; two grandchildren, Jill (Bruce) Irvin, Portland, OR, and David Bobrowicz, Milwaukee; three great grandchildren, Emma, Alex, and Lily Irvin; two sisters, Gloria Bruss, and Lee Pounds

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; one son, Victor Bobrowicz; one sister, June Hahn; and one brother-in-law, Carl Bruss.
