Dawn Frances Duhm
February 16, 1927 — January 28, 2019
Dawn Frances Duhm, 91, died peacefully on Jan. 28, 2019. Born in Green Bay, she is the daughter of the late Roland “Jim” & Frances (Lafond) Stapleford.
Dawn loved all sports, especially the Brewers, Packers, & Cubs. She loved cats, swimming, piano playing, synchronized swimming, sheepshead, kayaking, & fishing.
Dawn is survived by her daughters, Gerri (Eric) Nylund, Mary (Dick) Diederich, all of Green Bay and step-daughter, Linda Schneider from Oshkosh, whom she loved like a daughter; granddaughter, Rachel Ruhland, of Dayton, OH; grandson, Jim (Sarah) Diederich, of Green Bay; great-grandchildren, Logan & Vince Diederich; many step-children & step-grandchildren; brother, Robert (Barbara) Stapleford; nieces & nephews.
Dawn is preceded in death by her loving husband, William C. Duhm.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 2771 Oakwood Dr. Green Bay, Sat. Feb. 2, 2019 at 11 A.M. Malcore (West) Funeral Home is serving the family.
Dawn's family extends a heartfelt thank you to the superb staff at Grancare Nursing Center for the comfort, care, compassion, and love given to Dawn over the last 3 yrs.
