Clarabelle Marie Younger

Clarabelle Marie Younger, 94, Stiles, died Sunday, Sept. 5, 2021. She was born on April 19, 1927 to Anson E. and Clara (Barribeau) Whiting in Oconto, WI.
She was united in marriage to Vincent D. Younger, on May 26, 1962 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Stiles. He preceded her in death on February 15, 2005. She worked hard at raising her family.
Clarabelle was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Stiles, Christian Women’s society and cooked her famous baked beans for church events and funeral dinners.
Clarabelle enjoyed reading, flowers, oil painting, crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, cooking, and spending time with her family. She loved seeing the grandchildren and great-grandchildren, watching the great-grandchildren build ‘creations’ and sharing Sunday dinner with them. She was a deeply faithful person and she enjoyed watching daily mass on TV and praying the rosary.
She is survived by her children Chuck (Nancy) Morrell of Warrens, Fred Morrell of Stiles, and Thomas (Susie) Younger of Howard; nine grandchildren, Eric Morrell, Tiffany Morrell, Matt Morrell, Melissa (Jerry Salisbury) Morrell, Dan Morrell, Malinda Ashbaugh, Meghan Robertson, Alex (Anne) Younger, Amy (Lauren) Miller; thirteen great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Clarabelle was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands Chester Morrell and Vincent Younger; two sons, Daniel Younger and Chet Morrell Jr., and one daughter Suzanne Ashbaugh; brothers John Whiting, Tony Whiting, Gene Whiting, and sisters Liz, Rosie, Mabel, Jenny; and many brothers and sisters-in-law.
Visitation at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 5246 St. Patricks Rd., Stiles, Saturday, from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the church with the Fr. Greg Parent officiating. Burial at St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery in Stiles. The family respectfully requests all in attendance please wear a mask.
The family would like to thank the Angels at Bellin Hospital and Unity Hospice that were so kind and loving with Ma over her final days.
