ClairJo "CJ" Phillips

ClairJo “CJ” Phillips, 40, Green Bay, died at a local hospital on October 30, 2015 after a brief illness, with her husband by her side. Born on March 27, 1975 in Neenah, she is the daughter of the late Harold and Dorothy (Nyland) Scherer. CJ was a 1994 graduate of Neenah High School. On March 14, 2013, she married Chris Phillips in Appleton. She enjoyed music, and looked forward to playing her viola again.

CJ is survived by her loving husband of two years, Chris, Green Bay; father-in-law, Larry Phillips, Green Bay; one brother-in-law, Matthew Phillips; and one sister-in-law, Andrea Zepnick; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins; special friend, Tabitha Coffin, and her daughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her mother-in-law, Donna Phillips.

Visitation at Malcore (West) Funeral Home, 1530 West Mason St., Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 6:00 p.m.
