Bobby Lee Higgs, 47, Green Bay, formerly of Chicago, passed away unexpectedly September 15, 2019. Born May 24, 1972, in Chicago, he is the son of Bobby Lee Fox and the late Priscilla Higgs and the fourth of six children. Bobby lived most of his life in Chicago before settling in Wisconsin. From a young age, he was always fascinated with cars and how they worked. After honing his skills, Bobby worked for most of his life as an automobile mechanic. Family was always the most important aspect of his life. He was always willing to drop whatever he was doing to help out a family member or close friend that was in the need of assistance. Bobby will also be remembered for his deep interest in politics and his enjoyment of boats and time fishing.

Bobby is survived by his children, Monica Higgs and Dequas Higgs; his father, Bobby Lee Fox, all of Chicago; four siblings, Tanya of Kiel, WI, Marvin and Kirby, both of Chicago, and Darrin of Minneapolis, MN. He is further survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Priscilla and a sister, Druscilla “Elma” Higgs.

Visitation at Malcore (West) Funeral Home, 1530 West Mason Street, Green Bay, on Thursday, October 17, 2019 from 2pm until the time of the memorial service at 3pm.
