Beryl Florence Grace Armstrong

Beryl Florence Grace Armstrong, 96, Beloit, formerly of Green Bay, died on December 15, 2015. Born on December 3, 1919, in Liverpool, England, she is the daughter of the late Arthur and Grace (Johnson) Briscoe. On June 9, 1944, she married Roger Dean Armstrong, and he preceded her in death on July 9, 1993. Beryl was an artist who was involved in many art leagues in the Green Bay area. She taught “Twinges in the Hinges” at the YMCA for 25 years.

Beryl is survived by one daughter, Brooke (Jon) Nortemann, Beloit; one granddaughter, Erika Nortemann, Madison; one brother, Norman (Freida) Briscoe, Ontario, Canada; and one nephew, Brent Briscoe, Ontario, Canada.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St., Monday from 1 – 3 p.m. Burial at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
