Amy De Groot, 36, Maribel, formerly of Green Bay, died unexpectedly, Sunday, September 8, 2013, from complications of Porphyria. She was born in Green Bay, July 8, 1977, the daughter of Gerald and Sharon (Johnson) De Groot. Amy loved the outdoors and animals, in particular her dog, Rocky.
She is survived by her sons, Tyler and Gavin; father of the children, Steve Brissette all of Peshtigo; parents, Gerald and Sharon De Groot of Maribel; grandmother, Isabell E. Johnson of Green Bay; brother, David and Christine De Groot of Green Bay; nephews, Cody and Austin; many other relatives and friends.
Amy was preceded in death by her grandparents and other family.
Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, University Ave. at Baird Street, Thursday (9/12) from 1:30 P.M. until the time of the funeral at 3:30 P.M. at the funeral home.
