Wesley W. Marek

Wesley W. Marek, 62, Appleton, passed away Friday, May 5, 2017, at an Appleton nursing home while recovering from surgery. Born November 4, 1954, in Green Bay, he is the son of the late David and Gertrude (Graef) Marek. Wesley was employed by Valley Packing Industries, Appleton. Before a serious bicycle accident, Wesley enjoyed working with electronics and audio equipment with his father at Muntz Audio Video.

Wesley is survived by his siblings, Michael (Rani Kay) Marek, Grand Rapids, MI, Nancy (Fred) Refling, Darboy, Patrice (Gary) Ott, Sauk City, and Monte (Joye) Marek, Palm Bay, FL. He is further survived by two aunts, Betty Graef, Sheboygan and Nancy (Mike) Weilmuenster, Two Rivers; an uncle, Donald (Mary Ann) Marek, Manitowoc; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and several aunts and uncles.

Visitation at Malcore (West) Funeral Home, 1530 West Mason Street, Green Bay, Sat. May 20th from 9:30am until the time of the funeral. Memorial service 11am Staurday at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery in Rhine, Wisconsin.
