Vera Bernice Krull-Henry, 87, Green Bay, died peacefully, Friday, November 7, 2014 at a local nursing home. Born in Morgan, April 7, 1927 she is the daughter of the late Adam and Gertrude (Muck) Pionek. Vera graduated from Pulaski High School in 1944. She married Kenneth Krull November, 13, 1946 and he preceded her in death in 1971. Vera went on to marry Walter Henry on April 7, 1981 and he preceded her in death in 1988. She worked for the Green Bay School District in Food Service, Renier’s Catering, Konop Catering, and later Copp’s Food Center. Vera was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church. She loved spending time with family and going to the casino.
She is survived by her children, Ervin (Lois Jacobs) Krull and Melvin Krull all of Green Bay; 2 granddaughters, Heather Krull of California and Heidi Krull of Milwaukee; sisters-in-law, Helen Pionek of Milwaukee, Betty Krull, June Krull both of Green Bay, and Betty Brownson of Iowa; brother-in-law, Lloyd Kornaus all of Green Bay; many other relatives and friends.
Vera was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; son, Marvin (Susan Massey) Krull; siblings, Marylin Pionek, Doris (Harold) Ohrmund, and Alan Pionek; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Everett Krull, Harold Krull, Carol Kornaus, Ruth (Herbert) Fuhrman.
Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird Street, Monday from 4:00 P.M. until the time of the funeral service at 6:00 P.M. with Rev. Stephen Sauer officiating. Burial at Nicolet Memorial Gardens.
