Sharon Ann Moens, 76, Green Bay, died peacefully at a local hospital on December 28, 2016. Born on September 6, 1940, in Green Bay, she is the daughter of the late Lloyd and Charlotte (Scanlan) Longsine. Sharon graduated from Oconto High School in 1959, and later attended cosmetology school. On June 3, 1983, she married Ronald Moens in Green Bay. Sharon worked as a beautician at several salons throughout her career, last working at Shear Dimension until her retirement. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family and her beloved faithful canine companion, Susie-Q.
Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Moens, Green Bay; two children, Randall (Faye) Schumacher, Michele Schumacher (companion, Maury Cornelius); step-children, Paul (Lynn) Moens, Green Bay, Linda Haskins, West De Pere, Laura Champeau, Luxemburg, Pam Naze, New Franken, and Diane (James) Hoslet, West De Pere; 12 grandchildren, Michael, Danielle, Jeremy, Erin, Maranda, Chris, Matthew, Samantha, Jennifer, Jacob, Taylor, and Jordan; and two great grandchildren, Cordelia, and Sapphire; and one brother, Roger Longsine.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister-in-law, Lauretta Longsine.
Visitation in the chapel at Nativity of Our Lord Parish, 2270 S Oneida St, Thursday (Jan. 5) from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the church with the Rev. Jack Harper officiating. Entombment in Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.
