Sandra D. “Sandy” (Berndt) Schultz, 74, Green Bay, passed away September 1, 2013 surrounded by her family. She fought a brief, courageous battle with cancer. Born in Clintonville, WI on April 4, 1939, she is the daughter of the late Henry and Sophie (Seehafer) Berndt. Sandy took great pride in her ability to connect with people and make them smile. She loved the Green Bay area, and spent many years working at various retail stores, and local taverns. Most recently, she retired from Oneida Casino, where she provided many years of excellent customer service to her patrons. Sandy’s family was her pride and joy and she enjoyed spending time with them the most. She also loved socializing with a wide circle of friends. She was especially proud of the accomplishments of her children and grandchildren. Her grandchildren will sorely miss her loving nature, her rambunctious spirit watching Packer games, and her chocolate peanut butter brownies.
Sandy is survived by her three children, Jeffrey (Diane) Schultz of Milwaukee, Bonnie (Lon) Mosbrucker of Green Bay, and Lisa (Vincent) Angell of Oshkosh; three grandchildren, Ian Mosbrucker, Nikki Mosbrucker, and Isabel Angell; five siblings, Ike (Dorothy) Berndt, Ordway Berndt, Patsy Childs, Judy (Ken) Schultz, and Mary Christensen; special brother-in-law, Jack (Red) Darland; and special friend, Patti Bunday.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three siblings, Sally Darland, Marilyn Koeller, and Henry Berndt, Jr.
