Sally A. Roskowski, 86, Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly Sunday evening, Nov. 29, 2015, at a local hospital with her family at her side. Born July 26, 1929, in Green Bay, she is the daughter of the late Lionel and Marie Judkins (Connerton) DuPont. Sally married David J. Roskowski at St. Mary of the Angels Church, Nov. 27, 1947, and he preceded her in death on March 5, 1993. She had worked for many years as a clerk with both Sears and Grants and later served as a housekeeper at WG & R and also for a number of private residences. She was a long time active member of Saints Peter and Paul Parish and highly valued her Catholic faith which included her devotion to the Rosary. Sally especially enjoyed the church picnics, baking, Bingo, writing poetry, and reading.
Sally is survived by her children, David W. (Lou Anne) Roskowski, Kathy (special friend, Bob) Knapp, Linda DeBauche, Julie (Dan) Vincent, Cherryl (special friend, Chris) LeBlanc, and Daniel Roskowski, all of Green Bay; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, of who Sally was very fond; two sisters, Patricia (Clayton) Brotski and Roberta Mann, all of Green Bay; many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 45 years, David; and great-grandson, Joshua Roskowski.
Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St. Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015, from 4-8pm. Rosary Prayer Service 7pm Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015, at the funeral home. Visitation continues Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015, at the funeral home until the time of the funeral in church. Funeral Mass, 11am Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015, at Saints Peter and Paul Church with the Rev. Anthony Cirignani, OFM officiating. Burial in Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
