Lorraine Kust

January 1, 1932 — February 12, 2014

Lorraine (Wierzba) Kust, 82, Green Bay, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2014, with her family by her side, after a short courageous battle with cancer. Born on January 1, 1932, in Milwaukee, WI she is the daughter of the late Anthony and Marie (Negoski) Wierzba. Lorraine married Larry Kust on September 16, 1950, at St Michaels Catholic Church in Suring and he preceded her in death on January 13, 1994. We will miss her creativity, especially her floral arrangements, and other decorations. Lorraine loved dancing, playing cards, cracking jokes, and making us laugh until our sides hurt while we all enjoyed her homemade chex mix and donuts as she served it with her crooked finger. She will be sorely missed as a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Lorraine is survived by her four children, Linda (Paul) Todd, Sherry (Joe) Bikowski, Jerry Kust, and Debra (Bart) Blohowiak; thirteen grandchildren, Aaron (Katie) Todd, Steven (Angie) Todd, Amy (Brion) Winters, Jeffrey (Alyssa) Todd, Trevor Todd (girlfriend, Monica), Stacey (Sheri Mealy, and family) Dudley, Ryan (Anne) Dudley, Nicole (Andy) McEntee, Brandon Dudley, Jeremy Kust, Stephanie Kust ( boyfriend, Angel) , Cassandra Blohowiak (boyfriend, Andre), and Gregory Blohowiak (girlfriend, Sara); nine great grandchildren, Elijah and Owen Todd, Braun and Griffin Winters, Rosemary and James Dudley, Ethan and Avery McEntee, and Elliott Garcia; brother, Frank (Yvonne) Wierzba; and sister-in-law, Edith Wierzba.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Larry; brother, Tony Wierzba; and sister, Lucille Laudenbach.

Visitation at Malcore (West) Funeral Home, 1530 W. Mason St., Monday from 5 PM until 7 PM. Parish wake service at the funeral home at 6:30 PM.
