Lawrence John Ettien

October 14, 1942 — February 26, 2015

Lawrence John Ettien, 72, Green Bay, died peacefully at a local hospital on February 26, 2015. Born on October 14, 1942, in Green Bay, he is the son of the late William and Gladys (Ferron) Ettien. Lawrence was proud to work for Larsen Canning/Dean Food Vegetable/Agri-Link Foods for the majority of his career. He was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed photography, baking, and playing cards with friends and family. Lawrence was also very devoted to his twin-brother, Lloyd, and his parents.

He is survived by one godchild, Christine Denil; and many close cousins and their families, and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Lloyd Ettien; one son, William John Ettien.

Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St., Saturday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral. Funeral service 7:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Bob Nooker officiating. Burial in Fort Howard Memorial Park.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Steven Novotny for many years of compassionate care. They would also like to express their gratitude to the staff at Bellin Hospital and Unity Hospice.
