Irene Marie Dart

Irene M. Dart, 94, Green Bay, died peacefully at a local nursing home on September 17, 2014. Born on January 30, 1920, in Green Bay, she is the daughter of the late Louis and Jennie (Process) Ducat. On May 29, 1941, she married Francis Dart at Saints Peter and Paul Church, and he preceded her in death on November 13, 2008. Irene loved camping, and playing cards with friends and family. More than anything, she cherished times spent with family. Irene was also known as a crafty person who was able to fix most anything.

Irene is survived by two daughters, Sharon Kvitek, Green Bay, and Nancy (Larry) Michalek, Townsend; six grandchildren, Pat (Debbie) Kvitek, De Pere, Tim (Yeong Mee) Kvitek, Carrolton, TX, Lorri (Joe) Havlovitz, Maribel, Eric (Laura) Michalek, Mystic, CT, Carri (Scott) Patynski, Manitowoc, Holly (Tony) Salloum, Woodbridge, VA; eight great grandchildren, Shayne Havlovitz, Alexis Patynski, Kevin Havlovitz, Zachary Patynski, Angie Kvitek, Ryan Kvitek, Anaka Salloum, and Ashton Salloum; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, and one infant daughter, Carol; two brothers; and one sister.

Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the procession to church. Mass of Christian Burial 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Saints Peter and Paul Church, 710 N. Baird St., with the Rev. Anthony Cirignani, OFM officiating. Entombment at Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
