Helen Niola Williams

Helen Niola (Amerson) Williams, 87, Green Bay, died Thursday evening, July 2, 2015, at a local nursing home with friends by her side. Born Sept. 20, 1927, in Tipler, WI, she is the daughter of the late Antone and Gertrude (Harvey) Amerson. Helen married Arthur Martin Williams on June 18, 1946, and he preceded her in death.

Helen had a strong faith in her God Jehovah, and the Bible and enjoyed teaching others about the truth she found in the Bible. She also liked sewing, cooking, gardening and enjoyed taking care of others.

Helen is survived by two special cousins, Jeannine Gunderson and Shirley Torgerson; and her best friend, Barbara Burdick.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Dwayne; husband, Arthur; and two aunts, Flora Pollock and Doris Bartelt.

Memorial service at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2895 E. Mason Street, Saturday, July 25, 2016, at 4:00 PM.
