Gloria A. Delvaux, 84, Green Bay, passed away peacefully at a local CBRF on September 6, 2016, after a courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Born on August 2, 1932, in Green Bay, she is the daughter of the late Herman and Dorothy (Milke) Schade. On June 17, 1950, she married Joseph V. Van Ess, and he preceded her in death on January 16, 2001. Gloria enjoyed reading, sewing, and arts and crafts. Gloria worked as a bus driver for over 23 years at Laidlaw Jelco, and competed in many bus rodeos. On April 8, 2002, she married Garth Delvaux in Las Vegas, NV, and he preceded her in death on February 14, 2016.
Gloria is survived by her two loving daughters, Wendy (Bill) Zimmerman, Kewaunee, and Kathy (Rod) Dahlin, Loveland, CO; three grandchildren, Eric Schoen, Jennifer Van Ess, and Breanna Dahlin; great grandchildren; one brother, Ralph Schade; and five nieces.
She was preceded in death by two spouses; one son, Bradley Lee Van Ess; and her parents.
Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St., Friday from 4 – 7 p.m. Funeral service 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home the Rev. Tony Cirignani, OFM officiating. Burial at Nicolet Memorial Gardens.
