Germaine “Jim” Lambert, 91, Green Bay, passed away, Tuesday afternoon, April 11, 2017, with her family at her side. Born Sept. 14, 1925, in Green Bay, she is the daughter of the late Jule and Laura (Marchant) Bero. Germaine is a graduate of Green Bay East High School, Class of 1943. She married Donald R. Germaine was a wonderful and devoted mother. She will be remembered as a great collector of art, stamps, fine jewelry, and angels. She enjoyed reading, especially mystery novels, tending her yard, and spending time at Art Street and the Green Bay Botanical Garden.
