Edward P. Bowden, 86, Green Bay, died peacefully, Friday, June 26, 2015 at the Harmony House. Born in Escanaba, MI May 19, 1929, he is the son of the late Edward and Alma (McCormick) Bowden. Ed graduated from West High School in 1948 and proudly served his country in the Army Air Corps during the Korean War. He married the former Patricia Koloski in 1950 and she preceded him in death in 2001. Ed worked for the Green Bay and Western Railroad for 39 years until his retirement. He liked bowling and hunting.
Ed is survived by his five children, Kathy McCallister of Green Bay, Karen (Bob) Heagle of Great Falls, MT, Edward (Julie) Bowden of Green Bay, Rick (Margie) Bowden of Bonduel, and Jim (Al) Bowden of Hackensack, NJ; 15 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife.
Private services will be held at a later date. Malcore (West) Funeral Home, 1530 W. Mason Street is caring for the family. Burial at Ft. Howard Cemetery.
