Dayle D. Bellin, 67, Green Bay, died peacefully at his home on May 29, 2013, surrounded by family. Born on May 10, 1946, in Rosiere, he is the son of the late Eben and Irene (Monfils) Bellin. Dayle is a 1964 graduate of Green Bay East High School. On July 2, 1999, he married the former Geraldine “Gerri” Petersen in Green Bay. Dayle was a pipefitter for most of his career, and a member of Local #400. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, and wrestling. Dayle also had a passion for the Packers.
Dayle is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Gerri, Green Bay; four children, Jerry (Jolene) Bellin, Denise (Jim) Petitjean, Chad (Stefanie) Bellin, and Danyelle (Bob) Nuthals, all of Green Bay; ten grandchildren, Nathan, Carson, Jacob, and Molly Bellin, Tyler and Jordan Petitjean, Isabella and Haily Bellin, and Kelsey and Cole Nuthals; two brothers-in-law, Mike (Lynda) Petersen, and Stanley (Gloria) Petersen; and five feline companions, Cali, Puddles, Jimmers, Jasmine, and Simon.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Ron Petersen; and four pets, Sweet “P”, Symba, Nala, and Apollo.
Visitation at MALCORE (East) Funeral Home, University Ave. at Baird St., Friday from 2 p.m. until the time of the service. Funeral service 7:00 p.m. Friday at MALCORE (East) Funeral Home with Chaplain Jonathan Elmer officiating. Entombment at Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
