Arthur P. Lander, 68, Whitewater, long-time Delavan resident, passed away, Friday, September 20, 2013, at a Green Bay hospital. Born September 1, 1945, in Illinois, to the late Arthur and Charlotte (Schultz) Lander. Private services were held at Malcore Funeral Home & Crematory. Arthur will be buried in Acacia Park Cemetery in Norridge, IL.
